“We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and highest recommendation for Martin Simms, the owner of M&M Plumbing, who went above and beyond to help us during a particularly cold winter. Over the years, Martin has done an excellent job maintaining our central heating boiler. However, last week our trusted Worcester 9.4 combination boiler finally gave up the ghost. We called Martin to see what he could do, and he quickly came round to assess the situation. Unfortunately, he had to deliver the bad news that due to the age of the boiler, there were no replacement parts available. This was on a Saturday, and we were prepared for a challenging week ahead, especially as pensioners. Despite being incredibly busy, Martin checked on us Monday evening to see how we were managing. That’s when he gave us the wonderful news: he had rearranged his schedule and made us a priority. By Thursday, true to his word, Martin installed our new boiler. After a full day of hard work, we were blessed with hot water and heating once again. Martin, Barbara and I are so grateful for your efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care.
